To be clear, we didn’t pay Claire to say that about us and the quote wasn’t produced under duress, but it does make us proud because it quite neatly encapsulates what we set out to create when we founded Something Different. 

We’re committed to making standout work, but not at the expense of our people or our principles. We genuinely like what we do and the people we work with. And we think that makes all the difference. 

That translates to how we make big and small decisions every day. Whether it’s allowing time for someone to get their workout in or attend their child’s game, or bigger decisions like turning down a lucrative piece of business because their values didn’t seem to align with ours.

Yes, working hard is imperative. And yes, there are sacrifices and tough days. But we believe working should be enjoyable. So we put people first. And ultimately – we believe – it shows in the work that clients get.
