How to turn thought leadership into market leadership.

Know what you know.

Danny Meyer was already a success. With the Union Square (USHG) restaurant empire, awards and an unmatched reputation, he had it all. Clearly he knew restaurants. But he knew that what he really knew was hospitality. And that was an advantage he could use to weather the pandemic and grow a whole new business.

Build on what you’ve built.

Restaurant insights are interesting to restaurateurs. Hospitality insights would be interesting to every service industry, everywhere. Through in-person corporate hospitality training and online development courses USHG would build a focused masterclass for service professionals, called Hospitality Quotient Plus.

Turn your secret sauce into revenue.

We helped create the simple, educational website. Then a digital-first campaign highlighting the business benefits of hospitality launched the endeavor. Companies signed on. Individuals subscribed. And the expansion turned tables for hundreds into a business for thousands. While the results are confidential, the program is still thriving here.

“The concentration of creative and strategic talent in this small but mighty team is more than any client can imagine, let alone find in a single agency partner.”

Marissa Freeman
Former Chief Marketing Officer @ Union Square Hospitality Group
